Where your driver meets you

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Seville Airport has a single terminal, so there is only one arrivals exit to look for. The confirmation email carries a direct phone number in case you cannot find each other.

If your flight is delayed

We ask for your flight number when you book and use it to follow the arrival. If the plane lands late, the pickup moves with it: you do not need to call ahead or book again.

Luggage and child seats

The booking form asks how many bags you are carrying, so you are never assigned a car that is too small for them. Baby and child seats are requested during checkout at no extra cost — tell us the ages and the right seat is fitted.

What the price includes

You are paying for the whole vehicle, not for a seat. Tolls and VAT are already inside the figure you see, the fare is the same at any hour of the day or night, and nothing extra is paid to the driver.

How long does the transfer from Seville Airport take?
It depends on the destination: Seville city centre is under 20 minutes away, Cádiz and Jerez a little over two hours, and Chiclana, Conil and Vejer between two and a half and three hours. The exact time for each route is in the table above.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price shown covers up to 3 passengers; vehicles for up to 6 and up to 8 passengers cost more and are listed on each route page. Adding passengers within the same vehicle class does not change the fare.
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes. This is a pre-booked private transfer, not a rank taxi, and the vehicle is assigned to your flight. Booking ahead is also what lets us hold the price and follow the flight.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A delay is handled automatically: we follow the flight number you gave us and the driver arrives when the plane does. If the flight is cancelled outright, cancel the transfer — it is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to the time, the flight number or the pickup point can be requested from the booking page using the reference in your confirmation email.
