What cookies are
They are small files or pieces of data stored on your device. This website uses only those needed to work and, if you accept them, analytics cookies.
Cookie categories
- Technical (necessary): let the site work and store your choice; they do not require consent.
- Security: payment fraud prevention (Stripe) and checking that the person writing is a human (Turnstile).
- Analytics: measure how the website is used; they only run if you accept them.
- Advertising: measure the results of our ads; they only run if you accept them.
- Third-party content: Trustpilot reviews, only if you click to see them.
At the end of this page you will find the details of each cookie or storage item, its provider and its duration.
Technical (always active)
We store in your browser the choice you make in the cookie notice, with its date, version and an anonymous identifier, so we do not ask again for 12 months. We may keep a copy of that choice (anonymous identifier, version, date and decision) as proof, without IP address or personal data. We also keep, in your tab only, what is needed to avoid duplicating a booking and the form draft.
Analytics (only if you accept)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Until you accept analytics, no Google script is loaded and no identifier is stored. Consent is configured according to Google Consent Mode v2, and we do not send Google the full page address, only the path without your booking details. With the same consent we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how people move through the site (clicks, scrolling and recordings of the visit) so we can spot pages that are confusing or broken. Clarity hides what you type into forms by default, is not loaded until you accept analytics and does not run on the booking, payment or manage-booking pages.
Advertising (only if you accept)
We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to know whether our ads bring bookings and to show ads to people who have already visited the site. Until you accept advertising, no Meta script is loaded and no identifier is stored. The pixel does not run on the booking, payment and manage-booking pages: what happens there (for example, that you started or completed a booking and its amount) is sent to Meta from our server, together with your IP address, your browser and the identifiers of the Meta cookies, without your name, email, phone number or booking reference. With the same consent, Google Ads receives through the Google tag the pages you visit and the actions measured by analytics, to measure our ads on Google and show them to people who have already visited the site.
Payment
On the payment step, Stripe may use its own cookies to prevent fraud and process the payment securely. Stripe is only loaded on that page.
Security
Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the booking-management and group-request forms to check that a person is filling them in. It is a technical resource necessary for the security of the form (preventing automated submissions), so it does not require your consent and does not appear in the cookie notice. It may store its own technical data; its duration is set by the provider.
Third-party content
Trustpilot reviews are only loaded if you choose to view them. When you do, Trustpilot may use its own cookies, whose duration is set by the provider.
How to change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the button below; withdrawing it does not affect earlier processing. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
