Where your driver meets you

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A delay is handled automatically: we follow the flight number you gave us and the driver arrives when the plane does. If the flight is cancelled outright, cancel the transfer — it is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
Can I book the return leg as well?
Yes. Book it as a round trip and both legs are priced and confirmed together, with the return timed against your departure flight. Each leg keeps its own reference so either can be changed on its own.
