Cadiz Train Station Transfer to Malaga

Cadiz and Malaga are joined by a long journey. There is no direct train between them, so you change, usually at Seville or Córdoba, and the day stretches out. There are also coaches, but they run at fixed times that do not always match your train.

This route suits someone who arrives in Cadiz by train, or finishes a cruise at its port, and has to be in Malaga the next day for a flight, an event or a hotel. It is unusual, and it is mostly booked well ahead.

The driver leaves the Bay of Cadiz and takes the A-7 and the AP-7 eastwards. The tolls on the coast are already in the price. The route goes to Malaga city. If your destination is the airport or the María Zambrano station, message us before you book and we will confirm.

To decide if it is worth it, count how many of you there are. With four to eight, the price per vehicle shares out well, and with suitcases it is a relief not to carry them through three changes. Travelling alone with a rucksack, the coach may cost less.

The centre of Malaga is best seen on foot, with the Muelle Uno promenade beside the port and the pedestrian streets around the cathedral. If your accommodation is inside that area, enter the nearest access street so the driver knows where to leave you.
