Which vehicles are there and how many people fit?

What you can choose

The vehicles you can choose are Standard (3 seats), People carrier (5 seats), 8-seater van (8 seats), Accessible van (4 seats). The Standard takes three passengers and three suitcases, the people carrier five and five, and the 8-seater van eight and eight. The accessible van has room for three passengers and one wheelchair user. Each vehicle is shown with its seats and its luggage space, and the search marks as unavailable any vehicle that does not have enough room for your group or your bags. If one is missing from the list, your group or your luggage does not fit in it, even though it runs on that route. To bring it back, change the number of passengers or suitcases.

Choosing the right one

The price is per vehicle and fixed, with VAT, tolls and waiting included. Choose by how many of you are travelling and how many suitcases you have. Count everybody, children and babies as well, because each one takes a seat. A couple with two suitcases fits in a Standard. A family of four with four suitcases needs a people carrier. Seven friends with seven suitcases need the van. Child seats are free and are added to the booking on their own. The total at the bottom of the page includes VAT and updates as you add extras.

Large groups and special needs

For more than 8 passengers there is no online payment. Ask for a quote on WhatsApp or through the group form on the website, and we reply by email. A coach for a big group, for instance, is arranged by quote. If you travel with a wheelchair, tick that option in the extras and the website gives you the accessible van. Golf bags and an additional suitcase are also added under extras, and the search shows which vehicles can take them. If what you need does not fit any of this, tell us before you book and we will look at it with you.
