What travellers usually ask before booking.

Is the price per person?

No, it is per vehicle. You pay one fixed amount and it doesn’t go up with traffic.

How do I book a transfer?

In four steps. Enter origin, destination, date and passengers in the search box, choose a vehicle, fill in your details and pay. The confirmation arrives by email with your reference.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through a secure payment page. You pay 100% when you book. We don’t accept cash, Bizum or PayPal.

Where will the driver meet me?

At the arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name.

How long does the driver wait if my flight is late?

We track your flight in the apps: if it is delayed, the driver waits for you.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. You can cancel for free from “My booking” up to 24 hours before pickup, and we refund 100%. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, there is no refund. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days and go back to the original payment method.

How many suitcases can I bring?

One suitcase per seat in the vehicle, each up to 158 cm (height + width + length) and 23 kg.

Are child seats available?

Yes, and they are free. They are added automatically when you enter children (4 to 11) or infants (0 to 3) in the search.
