How far in advance do I need to book?
Minimum notice
From airports and train stations you need to book at least 24 hours before pickup. For every other journey the minimum is 60 minutes, and the pickup has to fall between 07:30 and 22:30. Those margins give us time to arrange the pickup so that someone is waiting at the meeting point. Once your flight is bought, book the transfer the same day. The price you see is the price you pay, so there is nothing to gain by waiting.
How it works
The notice is the time between the moment you book and the pickup time. An airport example: if you want to be collected on Thursday at 16:00, the booking has to be made before Wednesday at 16:00. A town example: for a transfer between two hotels at 11:00, you can book at 10:00 the same morning, as long as the pickup time falls inside the allowed hours. If you are below the minimum, the search marks the vehicle as unavailable at that notice and tells you the pickup is too soon. If you are flying or taking a train out, you enter the departure time and the website suggests a pickup time with a margin, which you can change. On a return journey each leg has the notice that goes with its own pickup point, so an airport pickup on the way back needs the airport notice and a hotel pickup needs the shorter one.
If time is short
If time is short, try a later time under “Your transfer” and see whether vehicles appear. The page shows the earliest time available for your route. If your pickup is inside the notice and cannot move, message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will see what can be done. There is not always a solution, but we look at each case. Booking with room to spare commits you to nothing, because you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup. It also gives you time to check the flight, the time and the address calmly before paying.
