What details do I need to book?
What you need to hand over
To book you need your first name and surname, your email, a mobile number with your country code, the pickup date and time, and the address or hotel you are going to. If you arrive by plane or train, add the flight or train number as well. You do not need to create an account. Every field is required except those marked optional, such as the flight number and the notes for the driver. The country code is the one for where your mobile is registered, for example +44 from the United Kingdom or +49 from Germany. Choose a number that works during the trip.
Flight, train and passengers
The flight or train number is optional on the form, but keep it to hand, because the pickup is planned around your arrival time. It is typed with letters, numbers and hyphens, for example IB3456, and the website turns it into capitals. In the search you say how many of you there are: adults, children aged 4 to 11 and infants aged 0 to 3. From that the website adds the right child seats and checks that the vehicle has room for everyone. A child aged 12 or over counts as an adult. If you have a note for the driver, such as a particular entrance at your hotel, there is an optional field for it. An exact passenger count avoids surprises with the vehicle on the day.
Correct details and privacy
You are responsible for the details being right, meaning the date, the time, the address and the flight, since the transfer is organised from them. Check the email above all, because the confirmation goes there, and the mobile with its code. We use your data to manage your booking and the service, as the privacy policy explains. If you find a mistake after paying, ask for the change under “My booking” as soon as you can. A wrong hotel or date is enough to derail a pickup.
