Can I cancel for free?

Refund and notice

Yes, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup, and you get 100% of what you paid back. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, there is no refund. There are no in-between bands and no part penalties. The condition is shown on the payment page so you see it before you pay, and it is also in the service conditions. Cancelling in time costs you nothing, so if you are torn between two dates, book the one that fits best and cancel if your plans change.

How to cancel

You cancel yourself under “My booking”. Enter your reference (2T-NNNN) and the email you booked with. The confirmation email also has a “Manage my booking” button that takes you straight in. You will see the cancellation policy and, if you are still in time, how much will come back to you. Press “Cancel booking” and confirm, because the action cannot be undone. The website then shows the cancelled booking screen with the amount of your refund. The money returns by the same method you paid with and takes 5 to 10 working days.

Edge cases

The time that counts is the pickup time. If you are collected on Saturday at 10:00, you can cancel for free until Friday at 10:00, and a minute later there is no refund. If what changes is the date or the flight, you may not need to cancel at all. A change is requested and then confirmed, as the answer on changing a booking explains. If your flight is cancelled, we reschedule the transfer at no cost, and the answer on cancelled flights has the details. If you do not turn up, there is no refund, because it counts as a no-show. If your booking will not let you cancel online, ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will look at your case. A transport service booked for a specific date and time falls outside the general right of withdrawal that applies to other distance contracts, which is why this deadline is the one that applies.
