Where does the driver meet me?

Airports and stations

At airports your driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. At train stations the driver meets you at the pickup point given in your booking confirmation. That point differs from one station to another, so read it before you step off the train. At a hotel it is reception or the entrance, and at a private address the door you gave. If your flight lands late at night or very early, the meeting point is the same, and the driver works to the time you gave when you booked.

Your confirmation

The confirmation email holds the details of your transfer, and you can look at them again whenever you like under “My booking” with your reference and email. Jerez and Seville airports each have a single terminal, so there is only one arrivals area to wait in. At Malaga, wait at the arrivals exit for your flight rather than looking for the driver on another floor. At a large station such as Seville Santa Justa, the written pickup point saves you wandering between platforms and entrances. If the point does not match what you see in front of you, message us and we will guide you.

Hotels and addresses

For hotel or home pickups, the meeting point is the address you gave when booking, and at a hotel the driver waits at reception or at the entrance. Check it carefully, especially if the hotel name appears in several towns. The included wait is shorter in those cases than at airports and stations. It is set out in the answer on how long the driver waits, so come down at the agreed time. If your hotel has a service entrance or a pedestrian street leading to it, put that in the note for the driver. For a private address, add the door number and floor if needed.
